How long does it take to cancel a timeshare contract? As you may expect, in law, there's never a crystal ball that can predict the timeframe of an outcome. All cases, claims, and methods of approach are different. Some cases have taken weeks, months, or years to resolve. Do I have to send any letters or call my resort during the process? No. Your attorney and law firm will be your legal representative during the entire process. You'll receive copies of all letters mailed and received from the timeshare company. All communication between your attorney and the timeshare company will be documented and logged in your client portal. We provide complete transparency during the entire process.
